We offer a secure method of online booking for your convenience. Our online booking portal is available for client needs 24 hours a day, visit

 A credit card is required at the time of booking to secure your time within the Spa.

A R R I V A L

We kindly request your arrival 10 minutes prior to your scheduled service for a leisurely check in. Lateness will result in abbreviated service time and full charge will be retained for any missed time. 

R E S C H E D U L I N G  &  C A N C E L L A T I O N

As a courtesy you will receive an email at the time of your reservation with a follow up 2 days prior to your arrival. All appointments are subject to our cancellation and rebooking policies. Any appointment canceled within 24 hours of arrival will incur a 100% service charge. All No-Show appointments will result in a full charge of the entire booking amount. Rebooking is permitted within the parameters of this policy at no penalty.

Group appointments ( 2 or more services)  require 48 hours to change or amend without penalty. Group cancellations within 48 hours of booking will result in the full charge of the entire booking amount. Rebooking is permitted within the parameters of this policy at no penalty. 

These policies are in the consideration of our staff and demand of our services.

G I F T  C E R T I F I C A T E S

All gift certificates contain value that may be used for our services. Gift Certificates may not be applied to service gratuities or product sales . All remaining balances will remain on the certificate for future spa experiences until the balance is expired. All Gift Certificates are non transferrable, and non refundable. 

P R O D U C T S  &  R E T U R N S

In keeping with our purity and quality guarantee, all products may be returned or refunded within 15 days of purchase. Unopened and unused skin or body products may be refunded within 30 days of the purchase date.

S P A   E T T I Q U E T T E

We strongly advise leaving all valuables at home. It is never recommended to place jewelry on any surfaces within the spa. CROIA  nor its staff is responsible for any missing or lost items. 

Cellular telephones, smart watches and electronics are strictly prohibited for use in all areas of the Spa. We require all devices to be turned to silent and placed away from your treatment when receiving services. All guests are required to silence their devices to ensure the integrity of services being provided to other guests.

For your convenience an automatic 20% gratuity is applied to the original service price.
